How to Log In and View Your Order History on Cupindy | Cupindy
Welcome to Cupindy! If you're a returning customer, logging into your account is the quickest way to access your previous orders, manage your personal information, and speed up your shopping experience. Follow this step-by-step guide to log in and view your order history.
Enter Your Login Information
On the login page, enter your Email and Password into the provided fields. If you’re new to Cupindy, click on New customer? Create your account to register.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click Lost password? Recover password to reset it and regain access to your account.
Create a New Account (For New Customers)
If you are a new customer and don't have an account, fill out the registration form to create one. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, and create a Password. Once you've filled in all the fields, click on the Create my account button.
This will create your Cupindy account, allowing you to log in and access your order history, saved items, and more.
Log In to Your Cupindy Account
Once you have created your account (or if you're an existing customer), simply enter your Email and Password in the respective fields. After entering the details, click on the Login button to access your account.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your order history, update personal information, and more.
View Your Order History
After successfully logging in, you will be directed to your account dashboard. From here, click on My orders to view all your previous and current orders. This page allows you to track your orders, view order details, and check the status of any recent purchases.
View Order Details
On the My orders page, you will see a list of all your orders along with their details, such as the order number, date, payment status, fulfillment status, total amount, and return/exchange options. To view more information about a specific order, click on the Order number (e.g., #24488). This will provide you with additional details about that particular order.
Review Order Details
After clicking on the order number, you will see a detailed summary of your order. This includes each product, its quantity, price, and the total cost of your order, including shipping. You can use this page to verify the items in your order and track any updates.
Important Note:
To ensure all your orders and information, including any new orders, are synced properly in your Cupindy account, always use the same mobile number or same email when creating or logging into your account. If a different email or mobile number is used, the system will treat it as a separate customer, and both previous and new orders may not appear under the same account.
