  1. Go to the Returns & Exchanges Page: Click on the link to access the return/exchange form.
  2. Enter Your Details:
    • Order Number: Input the number associated with your order.
    • Email or Phone: Enter the email address or phone number used during the order process.
  3. Click on "Find Your Order": Once you’ve entered the required information, press the "Find Your Order" button to proceed.

Step 2: Select the Product for Return or Exchange

Once you’ve located your order, you will see a list of the products that are eligible for return or exchange.

  1. Choose the Action:
    • If you wish to exchange the product for a different item, click the "Exchange" button.
    • If you prefer to return the product for a refund, click the "Return" button.

You will also see the deadline for making an exchange or return, ensuring your request is within the return policy.

Step 3: Choose the Reason for Your Return

After selecting the product you wish to return or exchange, you will be asked to provide a reason for your return. This helps us improve our services and process your return more efficiently.

  1. Select the Reason:

      • Product does not match description
      • Product does not match image
      • Defective items or incomplete parts
      • Customer changed their mind

Step 4: Provide Additional Details and Upload an Image

    • In the "Enter the reason for your return or exchange" box, provide a detailed explanation of why you are returning or exchanging the product.
  2. Upload an Image:

    • If you have a photo of the item (especially for defective or incorrect items), upload the image by clicking "Choose Image". This helps us verify the issue and process your request faster.

    • Ensure that the correct item(s) are listed for return, including the quantity and product details.
  2. Refund Method:

    • Check the method you selected for receiving the refund (e.g., Store Credit).
  3. Click "Proceed to Return":

    • Once all the details are correct, click the "Proceed to Return" button to finalize your request.

Step 7: Confirmation of Your Return Request

Once you have completed all the previous steps, you will receive a confirmation that your return request has been successfully placed.

  1. Return Request Confirmation:

    • A message will appear on the screen confirming that your return request has been placed.
    • It will state that your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.
  2. Close the Confirmation:

    • Click on the "Close" button to finish the process. You will receive updates about your request via email.

Alternative Method: Start a Return or Exchange from Your Account

You can also initiate a return or exchange directly from your Cupindy account by following these steps:

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Visit Cupindy and log in using your registered email and password.
  2. Go to "My Orders":

    • Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section, where you’ll see a list of all your previous purchases.
  3. Click on "Return/Exchange":

    • Next to the order number you want to return or exchange, click the "Return/Exchange" button.
